About cookies and local storage
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage is a similar browser technology. uContend uses them to keep accounts secure, remember actions and settings you request, and provide sign-in and follow features.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Because the technologies below are used for security, authentication, requested selections or site functionality, uContend does not display a cookie-consent banner. We will introduce appropriate choices before adding any technology that requires consent.

External services
When you choose to continue to Stripe checkout, Google or Apple sign-in, or an external map, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Those technologies are controlled by the provider on its service, not by uContend on this website.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and local storage using your browser's privacy or site-data settings. Blocking the session cookie prevents sign-in and authenticated changes. Clearing the guest-follow cookie disconnects the browser from its guest follow list. Clearing preferences means filters and views return to their defaults.
You can also stop following an item through uContend and revoke trusted devices in account security settings. Browser help pages explain how to inspect and clear stored site data.
